Description

👋 Hey Maker!
Thanks for checking out my model!
If you like my work, please leave a LIKE and hit FOLLOW – it only takes a second for you, but it means a lot to me and keeps me motivated to create and share more designs with the community!

📦 Model Description

This is version 3 of the design I tested to improve my fan’s efficiency.

Using SolidWorks, I ran fluid dynamics simulations to identify the best shape in terms of performance, quiet operation, and minimal strain on the motor.
The result is a great balance that increases airflow without adding noise.

The design is inspired by jet engine turbines, enclosed in an outer ring.
For assembly, I glued and secured the ring using super glue.
The model is divided into sections and can be easily scaled to better fit any fan.

🖨️ Printing Tips

✅ To reduce the weight even more, I recommend using aerospace or lightweight PLA.
This version was printed with matte PLA and turned out great, but lightweight PLA will significantly reduce the component’s weight.

🔧 Non-Bambu Printers
Be sure to carefully adjust tolerances if you plan to scale the model.
For multi-part components, make sure the fit between sections is tight enough for proper gluing.
This design features very thin walls – if your printer isn’t precise, it may struggle.
