UPDATE
I have changed the printing plate from Textured PEI to Smooth PEI. This reduces the amount of sanding required ;-)
Since the cover for the roof rack flew away in my washing machine, I designed a simple model for the roof cover on the Astra H GTC. I recommend printing the model in ABS or ASA. I printed it in ABS, primed it with a plastic adhesion promoter, and later painted it. The replacement cover should be carefully inserted into the opening after printing/painting.
