For all cycling and mechanical design enthusiasts, here is my latest project: a racing bike saddle clamp ring compatible with the Kemo KE-R5 frame.
The goal? To create a functional, lightweight, and durable component designed to optimize saddle clamping and ensure a clean aesthetic integrated with the frame.
I designed the ring from scratch, taking care of geometries, tolerances, and materials to achieve maximum reliability and ease of assembly.
