Description

Designed a noise maker for my kids 18" bicycle. quick and fun print that the kids love so far.

I use Uno cards sized 3 ½ by 2 ¼ (88mm x 56mm). I'm able to cut them in half and get 2 usable cards out of it. You will need to measure your bike to see where the spokes are hitting on the card to know where to cut them at once you have everything mounted.

After you cut your card where it needs to be, cut the corner off to fit in the card holder as shown in the picture.

Then slide the card into the card holder as shown in pic.

Then take the card and card holder and slide it into the main body and line up the holes on top then screw the bolt in through the top to hold everything together

Then you can take the exhaust and put it into the hole on the side. I glued mine with super glue,

Now you can mount it to the bike with 2 zip ties and you're ready to make some sound.

printed out very nice no issues instead of using a plane card. I used a piece of plastic from a countertop template holds up much nicer the kids think it’s cool now they all have motorcycles

Amazing model. My son love this "noise make". Works perfectly on both an 18" and 20" bike.

Printed ok. Getting supports out of the frame was a bit of a pain and it misshapped after getting it off the print bed. The "exhaust" pipe came off off the body several times after using gorilla gel each time... so I tossed it... honestly it seems more for show than function as this is more or less is a glorified baseball card holder.

Really? I used regular cheap HF super glue on my son's. Still holding up. And he just tosses his bike down.
