This is hub-adapter for cardboard spool to use on standard non-AMS spool holder (2025 model)
I bought filament on cardboard spool for my A1 (Elegoo in my case), and faced the problem of stucking of the spool due to high friction of cardboard. The spool tilted, got stuck, and then suddenly released and the filament was pulled out of the printing unit.
Most of solutions I found on Maker World were for old A1. It has a wider disassemblable spool holder.
My hub is for newer model of A1 with more narrow monolythic spool holder.
Dimensions are:
Hub external diameter: 54mm
Hub internal diameter: 48mm
Flange external diameter: 85mm
Flange thickness: 2.5mm
Total heigth of hub with flange: 69.5mm (Fits new A1 spool holder)
