Milwaukee Packout Organizer Lid Gap Filler

Version 2.0 - Now Fills the Entire Lid!

This model is the ideal companion to my series of Packout Gridfinity baseplates and bins, or if you are printing your own inserts for Packout organizers. You can design or find  models to organize just about anything you want. But Packout organizer lids have those hills and valleys that can cause small parts to slip out of your carefully designed organizer bins.

Never fear, the Lid Gap Filler is here! Just print these and attach them to the inside of your Packout organizer lid with a little double-sided tape or a dab of glue. So far I am finding that a hot glue gun holds up well. Others have suggested 3M VHB tape.

There are two print profiles to choose from:

• Half Size: for most printers, you will need to print this in two halves. These snap together tightly to form one full lid.
• Full size: for H2S/H2D/H2C or other large-bed printers, you can print the entire lid filler in one piece.
