Description

This custom insert is designed specifically for the BOSCH GCM 8 SJL mitre saw to improve cut precision and reduce tear-out. Printed in durable PETG for long-lasting performance.

Recommended Print Settings:

3 wall loops
35% gyroid infill
Normal support

How to Fit them booth together? The first one has no Holes for the Pins ?!

Hi, I am not sure what happened with your slicer, but the other part actually has the holes for connecting these 2 pieces.

I like the effort and design, but the coupling is too complicated to repeatedly print properly. I tried two times with different settings, but can get the pieces snug and get layer seperation when I connect them

Many thanks for the feedback! It is made to be fit tightly together. So it is important to remove the support completely to ensure a clean connection. Insert the parts slowly and snugly, try to avoid bending. But it was for me actually quite stable and not easy to break. Did you print it with PETG?

snug fit, had to clean up the pins and and both ends. glued both parts together. I made wooden ones previously. will print more for spares...many thanks
