Description

Trophy Builder - Design & Print your Own Medal or Cup🏆 More Info Here 👇

Secure your keys, cash, or small valuables with this compact combination lock box 🔒. A fun and practical project that offers both functionality and a bit of mystery  — perfect for geocaching, contests, or home use.

  • Dimensions: 89 × 67 × 46 mm
  • Ideal for: keys, coins, USB drives, or use in treasure hunts and escape rooms
  • Lock type: 3-digit combination – user-settable to any custom code
  • Recommended material for part 04_Spring: PETG (for better flexibility and durability)
  • No screws or glue required – fully 3D printable and easy to assemble
  • Great as a gift box, cache container, or safe storage 🎁

🔧 Assembly

1.Each dial has a single notch corresponding to one number. Choose the order of the dials and assign your desired code by aligning the notches accordingly.

  • Make sure the notches are aligned as shown in the image below.

2. Insert the dials into the door - Insert three 06_Dial parts into the 03_Door, and use the 04_Spacer to maintain the correct spacing between them.

  • Spacer Problem - In some cases it happened that the spacer was too loose. More clearance is added here, for smooth turning of the dial. However, each printer has different clearances, so I recommend increasing the width of the spacer in the slicer. Until then, so that the spacer is not too loose and at the same time the dial can be turned smoothly. (The recommended step of increasing is +0.1 mm)

3. Slide the 02_Shaft through the hole in all 06_Dials until it stops. Then place the spiral spring into the notch.

4. Place the assembled 03_Door into the 01_Box — and you're done! 😊
