Universal spool adapter (with filament tags)

Description
Designed this as i wanted to be able to easily label the side of the spool as to what type of filament is in it. Also added a ring around the inner edge to easily hold the loose end of the filament. So far i've only tested this with Eryone and Gratkit cardboard spools between 75mm ID to 90mm ID and works great. With the 75mm ID its tight but does fit nice and snug.
