This re-engineered holder uses a rock-solid PC4 pneumatic fitting to get an unbreakable grip on the PTFE tube. The result is a perfectly stable filament path that puts an end to frustrating print failures. Best of all, it’s a drop-in replacement that works seamlessly with the original cap.
 

This model is designed with strength as the top priority, despite its small size, which makes it a more challenging print. For best results, please ensure your machine is well-tuned and your print settings are appropriate for your setup.

Printing Tips for a Perfect Part:

• Best Materials: Go with something tough and slick like PETG or Nylon. Steer clear of PLA, as it can soften from the heat, and avoid ABS due to its higher friction.
• Dry Your Filament! This is a small part, and even a little moisture will impact its strength and print quality.
• Nozzle Size: A 0.4mm or 0.2mm nozzle is required to get the precision needed for the tiny threads. This model won't print correctly with a 0.6mm or larger nozzle.
• Print Profile: To save yourself a headache, I strongly recommend using the provided print profile. I recommend using the PC4-M6 profile.

Important update: Creality PTFE Grommet Change
Creality appears to have updated the design of the stock PTFE grommets on some newer Space Pi X4 units. On these revisions, the grommets may not be removable using normal methods. 

Before installing this mod, verify that your stock grommet can be popped out easily. If it cannot, proceed knowing that removal may be permanent. Once installed, the model functions as intended, but grommet removability depends on the specific dryer revision.
