Anycubic Mono M7 Max - Resin Vat Dust Cover
Print Profile(1)

Description
Yeah, I'll admit it. My workshop isn't exactly the cleanest place in the world. There's a lot of equipment being used and dust is everywhere. I wanted a simple protective cover to fit over the resin vat of my Anycubic Photon M7 Max for situations where I've got the machine lid up or when I'm moving the vat off the surface for machine cleaning, so that it's not exposed to random UV light.
The M7 Max is a big machine, and I needed to split the cover into two halves in order to get it to fit on my P1S build plate. These halves snap together with a third, center bracket. Three plates in total.
The center bracket's snaps should snugly connect both halves together without the need for adhesive, but it's never a bad idea to glue parts together to make sure they stay secure. Nuclear symbol added for fun.
I recommend printing out of PETG or a material with higher chemical resistance, put PLA should also work fine.
I used a UV reactive green for the center bracket and symbol as an entirely unnecessary safety precaution. It's not like I can't tell when my curing station lights are on. Fun to see it glow, though.
This is a large print that takes up most of the build plate. Make sure you completely clean your bed with a good dish detergent before printing to avoid adhesion issues, especially if printing on an A1 or other open frame printer.
