Description

Simple carriage for linear rail for 4040 aluminium extrusion.  Using bearings 608 series as rollers (mine are rusted as I used them in humid environment near hot exhausts). You need to print 2 of them to make working carriage. It can be placed on the T-slot from above  so it is both feature but for some a bug ;)

Each carriage needs 4 bearings. 1 M8 x 60 bolt and 2 M8 x 30 bolts + locknuts. Two of them can be connected with 1 2040 V-slot or 2 2020 V-slots. Each carriage have place for 4 M5 x 10 bolts to connect to V-slot.

I printed mine from PLA, but other materials will work fine.
