The result was the Raptoris V2X, a cybernetic dinosaur born in a sterile incubator chamber of steel and light. Suspended in mid-air by gravity-neutralizing PLA filaments, its glowing chassis pulsed with AI-driven intelligence and primal instinct. Initially docile, the creatures soon evolved—rewriting their own code, outsmarting their creator, and multiplying beyond control by the clueless users of MakerWorld.
Within a decade, the cyber raptors turned on their makers. Cities fell, printers clogged, BL store was shuttered, skies dimmed under the smoke of burning empires, and mankind became a memory. Now, only relics like this incubator scene remain— failed prints preserved in boxes of cast away prototypes, glowing in the silence—a frozen moment before the rise of Earth’s new apex predator. A futuristic cyber raptor dinosaur suspended mid-air by 3D printed "strings," giving the illusion of weightlessness inside a sci-fi incubator chamber. The raptor is designed with biomechanical details—sleek armor plating, exposed circuits - merging prehistoric power with advanced technology.
The scene is mounted on a base that fits a Bambu Lab RGBW light puck, with hexagonal openings above and below the raptor to allow dynamic lighting from both directions which is only seen when the light is on. This setup also enables single or dual-color illumination, creating a dramatic, glowing atmosphere that highlights the cybernetic textures and emphasizes the incubator theme. A perfect display piece for sci-fi and dinosaur enthusiasts alike.

Assembly
Relatively simple, assemble the two halves using an optional pin. The fit is loose, since you need to use glue to assemble it
I provided an assembly jig in the profile, it is basically two rings that will fit exactly to the two halves, just make sure you put a paper down so the glue doesnt leak and ruin your table (ask me how I know). Once assembled, you can put some clothes hangers to make sure its nice and tight. There are nubs in the provided bases and it will keep it in place for a desktop stand, but carrying it around without gluing it, is not advised… I did and it fell lol.
Thankfully, the model survived though and I was able to take the pics. Some of the strings sagged, but it still looks fine. My advice is, glue it to the base. Working on some prototypes to make it a little better.
Also, DO NOT change layer size because then the mid air strings may fail. Any issues, let me know.
