Ready to serve up a fresh helping of funny fist fury? The Knuckle Sandwich V2 is here, with a new crispy look and an even beefier design.

This upgraded version adds a bread-like surface texture for that freshly toasted vibe 🍞,

and the tomato slice is now a single solid piece – meaning no more awkward holes around your fingers. From the outside, it looks just like the original... but under the crust, it’s sturdier, cleaner, and easier to paint. A real upper crust upgrade.

🛠️ Print & Assembly Info:

  • Supports: Yes – this sandwich now needs a little structural garnish. Some areas (like the inner curve and tomato edge) benefit from light supports. Add a dash, don’t go full buffet.
  • Glue: None required – prints as a solid piece
  • Orientation Tip: Print flat-side-down for best results
  • Filament Tip: PLA or silk PLA works great (especially in food colors)

🌟 Difficulty Rating:

Beginner-friendly with seasoning – it’s an easy print overall, just be ready to scrape off a bit of support like burnt cheese from a pan.

🍟 Recommended Pairings:

  • 🍔 Try it with other food props for a full cosplay meal
  • 🥊 Great for gag gifts, food fights (fictional ones), or chef-themed costumes
  • 🎨 Paint it up with ketchup, mustard, or comedy bruising!

🧠 Creator Notes:

As with all of my designs, you are absolutely free to sell the printed product, no memberships or subscriptions are needed. make as many as you like and sell as many as you like. It is your printer, your filament and your time, not mine.

However, if you would like to contribute towards the designing of the files or feel like you want to give something for being given permission to sell physical prints of any file I design then all of these files are also available on Cults3D as open priced so you give as much or as little as you would like. Everything is extremely appreciated.
