To fit the A1 mini, i've reduced the base plate size down (see image for measurement tape), some parameters might have been adjusted.I'm sure you can get away with printing some of these parts together to reduce the amount of plates.&nbsp;Printed with bambu lab matte black PLA

Because the original model was too big for my need, I scaled it down to 50%. It now can hold smaller PCBs like the Arduino Nano or Pro Micro. The biggest PCB I could fit well was the ESP32 S3.The profile contains the following parameters:<ul><li>4 Walls</li><li>20% gyroid infill</li><li>Arachne wall generation</li><li>Inner Brim for the base knobs</li><li>variable layer height for all parts</li></ul>The parts fit tight but I didn&#39;t need any lubricant. If the arms are too tight, you could use some lubricant.

I made some minor tweaks for number of walls and gyroid infill percentages to add some extra strength for these parts when printed in PLA. Additionally, I modified the base with some paint in the slicer for a contrasting dual-tone color scheme, and added 2x “extended-width” modified gripper arms that are just slightly wider than the original grippers (original grippers included as well). There are 4x plates with 4x colors of PLA used. &nbsp;Total filament usage for this profile is roughly 345 grams (spread across 4x filament types and 4x plates). Total printing time is roughly 21 hours (spread across the 4x plates).&nbsp;Profile Settings here Include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Plate 1 (Arms for Base Rail):<ul><li>Basic PLA on Textured PEI Plate</li><li>Variable Layer Height</li><li>5 Walls, 30 - 32% Gyroid Sparse Infill, No supports</li><li>I&#39;ve added 2x <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer ugc" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/722100-wire-cable-holder-and-adjustable-pcb-holder-tool#profileId-653023">Wire-Cable-Holder Arms</a> that fit this same model&#39;s base rail (I also modified these extra cable-holder arms slightly to re-align the clamp centerlines once they are installed to the base rail from this PCB holder model)</li></ul></li><li>Plate 2 (Grippers and Base Clamp Rings):<ul><li>Basic PLA on Textured PEI Plate</li><li>0.15mm Layer Height</li><li>4 Walls, 30% Gyroid Sparse Infill, No Supports</li><li>I&#39;ve added 2x “extended width” grippers that look identical to the original designer&#39;s (in addition to the 2x original grippers)</li></ul></li><li>Plate 3 (Painted Base Rail):<ul><li>Basic PLA and Matte PLA on Textured PEI Plate</li><li>0.20mm Layer Height</li><li>5 Walls, 28% Gyroid Sparse Infill, No Supports</li><li>I&#39;ve added some paint for a dual color scheme resulting in 19x filament swaps and only about 10 grams of filament waste</li></ul></li><li>Plate 4 (Gripper Knobs):<ul><li>Basic PLA on Textured PEI Plate</li><li>0.15mm Layer Height</li><li>4 Walls, 30% Gyroid Sparse Infill, No Supports</li></ul></li></ul>

A handy tool to help with soldering, de-soldering, or other tasks where you need a steady third hand.  This is a fully printable design, so no other hardware is required.  The clamping mechanism can be adjusted to accommodate boards up to 20 cm in length, and can be installed facing either direction.&nbsp;All STLs are oriented as they should be for optimum printing, which have been designed with the layer lines in mind to result in a strong print (and no supports or brim should be required).
