2 Function Description: 1 The tall version can be used for handheld massage The short version can be placed on a pillow, allowing for self-massage by lying your head in the designated slot (see the first image) Both tall and short versions can be used for full body massage 2 Massage Guide: Refer to the diagram to pinpoint the acupoint, press for approximately 10-15 seconds, then release Repeat this process 5-7 times for effective results (If the acupoint is accurately located, you may experience alternating sensations of hot and cold throughout your body, and a significant ache indicates the correct placement)
3 Filament Recommendation: Bambu Lab official PLA series
4 Printing Instructions: A small amount of support needs to be removed
