Description

This is a print-in-place tripod and twirly stick for you to enjoy those sick Bullet Time shots with your action camera (Insta360 recommended). You can use it for stills, action, and babies on the crawl!

Materials:

  • Tripod - 2 prong action cam mount
  • Bullet Stick - 18mm thread 1/4"-20 UNC bolt (typical action cam mount bolt) and selfie stick

Post Print:

  1. Remove model from build plate
  2. Allow model to fully cool
  3. Remove brim from bottom of model
  4. Insert a finger from the bottom of the model to loosen leg support and then remove the 3 leg supports
  5. Mount selfie stick and use the stick to break free the twisting top portion of the model

Feel free to spin this baby around to your hearts content, but be careful of your surroundings.

The mechanism that allows the tripod feature is fragile, so take delicate care when using the tripod feature.

It is safe to add a brim if you feel your printer needs assistance with adhesion.

Greetings, splendid execution It functions admirably; however, I find that the appropriate screw is required for its bullet time application I have devised a temporary solution for testing purposes Might you be able to provide an Amazon link or an illustrative image My gratitude

Thank you! Whatever screw that will fit for the Insta360 or a normal camera mount will work. Make sure the had of the screw is large enough for the 3D printed part. The ones I used were from a bucket of hardware parts I have laying around the house, haha. A google of "1/4-20 UNC" should get you started in the right direction.
