Smiling French Ball Bambu Lab Exclusive Original Introduction
I. Design Philosophy: Inspired by football, combining modular concepts, with a smile as the design starting point and product utility
II. Functionality: Magnetic assembly, fun to combine and separate: Modular assembly, can be disassembled into many pieces, endless combinations, the magnetic version can quickly combine, most accessories are universal for all balls
III. Recommended filament: Bambu Lab Official PLA Red (10200), Orange (10300), Yellow (10400), Cyan (10603), PLA Matte Ivory White (11100), PLA Silk+ Blue (13604), Bambu Lab Official Maker's Kit (magnets 10mm x 5mm), 9400 super glue
IV. Installation Guide (see pictures)
1. Magnetic assembly requires 15 magnets (10mm x 5mm), if there are no magnets, the cylinders in the profile can be used as alternative connectors (without magnets, the glasses case and hat will not be firmly fixed, other parts are unaffected)
2. If the magnets are loose, apply 1 drop of super glue (9400 super glue recommended) (magnets have strong magnetic force, it is recommended to apply 1 drop of super glue to all of them)
3. Single color separate part printing, material saving: Color the black eyes with a black acrylic marker (color twice, continue after the first coat dries completely), the recessed areas of the bread can be colored freely, which is very convenient
4. Needle-nose pliers are needed to remove supports (remove cleanly), it is normal for the cylindrical connectors to be tight (to ensure the sphere is stable, but magnets work best), align and press firmly to insert
