Description
The rollers in the Comgrow / Sovol filament dryer are tiny – only 4mm – so any imperfection in your spool can cause significant rolling resistance, which can be a real issue when you are feeding TPU for a big print.
These rollers will raise the level of the spool by about 8mm, which will cause some spools to not fit. In that case, I reccomend printing the Sovol SH01 Dryer Vent by BisonPrints.
The rollers are just metal rods held in place with some really small bearings. They were a little hard to extract, but if you just tug on them hard enough they should pop out. Be careful not to lose those little tiny bearings!
Definitely use PETG.
