Tuiss (blinds2go) blind motor parts for 45mm tube

These parts are used to convert a Tuiss (Smartview) blind motor from Blinds2go to allow it to work with a 45mm blind tube. The blind motors are rather nice bluetooth controlled motors which can be controlled via an app on your phone, via a remote or via Homeassistant and the Tuiss2HA HACS integration

The blind motors are available without a blind so you can use them to convert existing blinds. These two parts are for converting the motor to work in a large 45mm tube.

To use you will need to remove the clip on the drive side of the blind and slide off the drive cog and then the collar from the end of the motor. Replace these parts and it pop the clip back on and then the motor will slide into your blind.

Add some silicone grease around the collar and print the collar in a filament with a little flex, TPU for AMS works really well for this. The drive cog needs to be hard, I used ABS but PLA will work fine, you will need to force this on, I have left it as a tight fit.
