Filament Clip less than 2g

 

Description:
This is a simple yet effective clip to hold the filament end in place on the spool when not in use. It helps prevent tangles or accidental unwinding, keeping your printing area tidy and your filament secure.

  • Compact: minimal design that takes up very little space.
  • Easy to print: no supports needed, quick print time.
  • Universal: compatible with most standard spools (check the profile dimensions).
  • Practical: just insert the filament into the notched groove to lock it in place.

 

Notes:
Make sure to clean your build plate or use a thin layer of glue stick if bed adhesion is not sufficient.

came out great!! fits in storage and in the ams 2 with no issues - I was looking for a clip that I could use on a full roll in the ams and run a dry cycle and this is perfect!

I printed the "increased holding force" version using PetG. I tried many, but this still holds even I am drying PetG around 65C. Thank you.

Printed good, only clip i have found that works with AMS 2 Pro.

Printed one in PETG and it seemed ok, so printed 10 more.

I printed a whole lot of them on H2D using PETG and tested one in Ams Ht. It worked very well, clips easily and doesn't interfere with the drying process.

This is actually brilliant. Made a whole bunch. So easy to use, grip the filament perfectly and being AMS compatible for rotating when drying is huge!
