I couldn't find a satisfactory laser blade cutting module storage solution online, so I redesigned one with the following features:
- Complete compact storage for laser blade cutting, including an independent blade slot, two markers, and a pen module
- With cable management, stores power cables and laser air tube for both modules
- Easy to access, blade and pen components are located behind the blade module, maintaining a compact space while suiting usage habits, first take out the blade module, then choose between using the pen or the blade
- Independent detachable blade protective cover, the blade can be stored with the blade module or in its independent protective cover
- Compatible with M5 screws and IKEA pegboards
- No hardware, fully 3D printed, only one filament is needed to fix the pivot point
- Flip-up dust cover

Note
- 10w tested and supported, 40w version added based on comments data, as I don't have a 40w physical unit, please check comments for support status before printing, feedback is also welcome, and I will continue to revise it
- The tolerance of the blade protective cover may vary with different materials, I tested that a current tolerance of 0.1mm is suitable for PLA, if using ABS, it should be increased accordingly, you can print everything first, if it's too loose or too tight, use negative parts to adjust the tolerance of the blade protective cover, reprint the blade protective cover separately, only requires 2g of filament
- Thanks for boosting
