Craft a portable power station—ideal for outdoor charging. Those with strong DIY skills and electrical knowledge may wish to download and construct one. Battery safety is paramount!!! Battery safety is paramount!!! Battery safety is paramount!!! This design provides only the 3D-printed components; the electrical aspects require specialized expertise, which I lack. I will not attempt it.
I’ve listed the electronic modules used for your reference. Links are omitted to avoid advertising. Both the front and back panels are oriented upright in the slicing software. This enhances the aesthetic appeal of the curved edges but increases material consumption and print time. Arrange them as you prefer.
The red-circled holes in the diagram below require embedded M3*4*4 heat-set threaded inserts.


The battery utilizes repurposed 20AH lithium iron phosphate cells from an old home system; 2 parallel, 4 series. Battery compartment internal dimensions: 180mm/175mm/102mm

The inverter is a 163 yuan 800W bare board from *a popular online marketplace*

The protection board is a 4-series 130A Ant-brand unit.

The coulomb counter is a Juwei unit; the current sensor (shunt) is 200A.

The fan is a Fuxi 4020, 24V.

The 12V connector utilizes an XT60 female receptacle.
