Description
A adapter for the Bosch GKS 190 cirular saw to use a guide rail.
Easy and fast to install . Just click it on the left side of your saw and use a flat rod / or the parallel guide to secure the adapter. Compatible to Bosch FSN and Makita, Festool etc. guide rails.
No loss of cutting depth - cut as deep as without the adapter !!
Assembly:
- After printing all parts glue the magnets into the adapter into the 12 designated spots.
- Cut the 4mm round steel rod to arround 240 mm - you need 2 of them. Use a 4mm drill to round the designated holes in the the adapter parts.
- Slide the round steel rods into one part of the adapter as deep as possible. (Glue can be used)
- Attach the part with the rods allready inserted on the saw. Now carefully slide the left over part onto the round rods and match the lenght of the saw. Regulate the distance between both parts to achievea good fitment on the saw.
- Use some glue to fix the position of the parts and the rods.
The adapter is desinged to be fixed with a flat rod ( 16 mm x 2 mm; lenght 145 mm) in the tray of the parallel guide.
