šŸ›¶ The World’s Smallest BenchyĀ

So I got a lot of people saying that my 0.4MM Benchy wasn't actually the smallest benchy. But now I got a 0.2mm nozzle, and had to come for the throne. I have included 2 Print profiles, one is THE SMALLEST one you can print with a FDM printer, standing at 3.50mm tall. And the second one is a 8.40mm tall one which is high quality, small, and still beats most small Benchys. I prefer the second one as you can see its features more but I enjoy both. THE FIRST PRINT PROFILE IS THE SMALLEST BENCHY POSSIBLE, IT IS NOT MEANT TO BE A COLLECTORS 10/10 QUALITY PRINT. SO PLEASE DO NOT RATE IT BAD BECAUE OF THE QUALITY.

🧪 Print Settings:

  • Filament Used: ~0.11g and ~0.15
  • Layer Height: 0.06mm and 0.075mm
  • Nozzle: 0.2 mm
  • Supports: Nope
  • Brim: Yes for the smallest one. No for the second smallest one.
  • Print Time: ~9 minutes and ~13 minutes
  • Material: PLA (Bambu Lab Basic PLA RED)

🧵 Extra Notes:

I've printed over 10+ of the 3.5mm tall ones and I can assure you, none of them came out perfect.
RUNNER UP: This maker made an awesome tiny benchy as well, high recommend checking him out. https://makerworld.com/en/models/1516065-the-worlds-smallest-benchy-2mm-nozzle#profileId-1588151
