Luger P08 – Simple Assembly
Print Profile(1)

Description
Easy to assemble Luger P08, what has changed from it's predecessor?
- Added a nobble to enable the barrel to lock in place.
- The screw on the pistol grip is now a pin.
I really liked the predecessor, however it was missing the nobble to lock the barrel in place and assembly of the pistol grip was difficult as there was a screw, this is now a pin which can be pushed/glued in place.
Fit's nicely onto the unobtrusive luger stand https://makerworld.com/en/models/802055-luger-p08-display-stand?from=search#profileId-742132
Important
For best results the print profile uses PLA for the model and PETG for the support raft interface, this has produced a very clean model (several times) and I would highly recommend it. In all my test prints the support just fell away leaving a very clean surface behind.
Assembly
Assembly is relatively simple but I noticed the trigger is a little delicate. As it's not a working firearm should this happen you can glue it in place.
Step 1
Assemble all the pieces

Step 2
Attach the barrel, twist to lock and add the iron (plastic) sight to the end of the barrel.

Step 3
Attach the handles and the screw, use a dab of glue if required.

Step 4
Attach the barrel to the handles, simply slides in place

Step 5
Insert the trigger

Step 6
Attach the trigger cover

Step 6
Print a stand if required, sit back and enjoy :-)
