There are 2 versions available, one with a single clip in the middle and a one with 2 clips on each side. I only tested the single clip version since my pump doesn't fit the 2 clip one.
It is designed to such that you can install it along with a bottle cage.
There is also a onshape document available. I recommend changing the values to see what they do if you are not sure.
The ready-to-print version has a pump diameter of 25.5mm and it fits my 27mm pump perfectly. It should also fit smaller pumps. If you want a snug fit I would recommend a diameter 1.5mm lower than the diameter of your pump.
Print with PETG or ASA or a strong material that can withstand being in the sun.
