Description

This is a 3D-printed fermentation stopper with a drilled hole, designed to securely hold a fermentation airlock during wine or beer production. The model is printed in white TPU (PrintMe Flex 20D) — a flexible and durable material ideal for creating tight, reusable seals in homebrewing setups.

The set includes three stopper sizes:

  • One universal size designed for use with standard carboys
    – Tapered design with a minimum diameter of 22 mm and a maximum diameter of 27 mm
    – Height: 30 mm
  • Two sizes optimized for use with standard glass bottles

Thanks to the tapered shape and flexible TPU, the carboy stopper fits a wide range of neck sizes. However, due to its universal fit and sloped walls, it may require additional securing (e.g., with a string or elastic band) to prevent it from slipping out during active fermentation.

Each stopper includes a precisely sized hole to accommodate a standard airlock, allowing CO₂ to escape while keeping the contents protected from outside air and contaminants.

This set is a practical and reusable solution for home winemakers and fermentation enthusiasts.
