Description

Tired of unscrewing and recapping milk or juice cartons every time you pour? Meet TiltSeal – the innovative, drip-free spout that automatically seals itself when not in use, and opens effortlessly when tilted to pour. Designed for speed, cleanliness, and convenience – especially during busy mornings.

What makes TiltSeal truly versatile? Its also here available parametrizer lets you generate and 3D print a custom-fit adapter for virtually any container opening – whether it’s:

  • a classic push-fit insert directly into the carton opening, or
  • a version that snaps onto existing screw caps (without needing to screw anything on)

No twisting, no tools – just press it on and pour.

Key Features:

  • Self-sealing mechanism – gravity-powered flap closes automatically when upright
  • Drip-free pouring – no mess, no waste
  • Custom-fit adapters – use the parametrizer to generate models for various diameters and cap types
  • No more screwing caps on and off – just pour and return to the fridge
  • Easy mounting – simply push into the carton or snap onto the cap
  • Perfect for busy mornings – one-handed use, lightning-fast
  • Reusable & 3D-printable – sustainable and practical
  • No supports, no glue, no screws, no tools

Whether you’re making coffee, filling a cereal bowl, or adding a splash of juice, TiltSeal makes pouring cleaner, faster, and cap-free.

Just plug it in, pour, and store.
No twisting. No drips. Just smart design.

TiltSeal V2 UPDATE:
To prevent occasional sticking (especially with milk or sugary drinks), V2 now includes a small finger tab on the flap. If it ever sticks, just tap the tab to release – quick and easy.

Also, I recommend printing the flap on a textured build plate. The slightly rough surface helps reduce adhesion between the flap and the spout, improving reliability over time.

Simple upgrade – smoother pours.
