Description
Alternate fan and spinner models for the 3D Printable Jet Engine. Change up the look of the baseline engine with a multicolor fan and 2 different options for the spinner cone! Specially designed to resemble existing GE and P&W engines. The original pointy spinner cone is still compatible with this new fan, so that is an option as well. The fan blade geometry is similar to the original design but has been tweaked a bit. I've prioritized print quality and glossiness with the profiles, so print speeds are slow and steady. Be absolutely sure that your build plate is washed and clean to minimize part adhesion issues.
Recommended filaments:
- Fan leading edges: PLA Silk Silver or PLA Basic Silver
- Fan base and spinner base: PLA Basic Black
- Spinner stripe: PLA Basic White

turned out beautiful. could be wall art all on its own. Just 40% into printing the entire engine

love the single piece two color. any chance we could get a single piece two color with the pointy tip? love the original shape, but my glueing skills make the stripe look messy vs how clean everything else is
