After a tonne of research on print strength, I&#39;ve made some updates. First, I&#39;ve fixed an error with the first model where the clips had thicker layers than intended (introducing fragility). Second, I&#39;ve added a fan shield around the clips to keep their temp higher as they print (increasing layer adhesion and strength). Third, I&#39;ve reduced the brim of the support so there is less opportunity for the brim and the clips to get stuck together (and the clips breaking when separating them).
