Miniature 1/6 Scale DVD Disc with Cover and Bender

Description
Here is my version of a miniature DVD disc with case. It consists of several parts including the common black dvd case that folds in half and snaps together, a miniature dvd that snaps into place inside the case, and “bender” part to assist in folding the dvd case in half with a clean crease.
It is 1/6 scale and fits on my various miniature DVD shelf models (links coming soon)
** Note: It was designed and tested by printing with a 0.2mm nozzle and a layer height of .08mm (high-quality). If you plan to print with a 0.4 nozzle at .2 mm layer height, I recommend using the 150% profile, as that was tested successfully at .4.
Extra small 1/12 scale version coming soon.
DVD case label recommended size: ~ 43mm x 30mm
DVD disc label recommended size: ~ 15mm x 15mm
Assembly Instructions:
- Place case face down on top of triangular bender
- Align case spine with the top ridge of bender
- Press down along sides of spine to create crease
- Carefully bend case in half with top and bottom frame ridges around the spine (not overlapping spine)
- Snap disc in place inside case
- Glue on case label and disc label (optional)
