Model Description:
This model is a realistic miniature of the well-known H1 hygiene pallet commonly used in the food industry. The distinctive grid structure and the closed feet with drainage channels are accurately replicated even at a reduced scale. The pallet has been designed for functional stackability and detailed accuracy in two versions: 1:16 for compact use and 1:10 for greater detail fidelity.

Technical Printing Details:

• Orientation on the print bed: The pallet is printed at a 45° angle, rather than flat or upright. This orientation minimizes overhangs and ensures clean, consistent layer lines.
• Support structure: A light support structure is added only where it touches the build plate, ensuring reliable adhesion and easy removal post-printing.
• Recommended materials: PLA+ or PETG are ideal choices for a strong and dimensionally accurate result.
• Bed adhesion: Adding a brim is optional. With proper bed leveling and adhesion, it's usually not necessary.
