Golf 7 HVAC Servo Fix – Side Stopper

In many VW Golf 7 (and similar MQB models), the temperature regulation on the passenger side may fail due to a worn plastic calibration stop inside the HVAC servo motor. This fix is compatible with HVAC actuator part number 5Q0 907 511 K commonly used in VW Golf 7 and other MQB platform vehicles.

This issue causes constant recalibration failures and erratic airflow or temperature settings.

This simple 3D-printed calibration limiter replaces the worn-out plastic nub and restores proper servo calibration – saving you the cost of a new actuator motor.

✅ Update: The model can also be used on the driver’s side actuator (tested and confirmed).

🛠️ No need to replace the servo. Just open it, insert the fix, and recalibrate.

💡 For better stability, apply a drop of glue when installing the part.

• Print in PETG or ASA for heat resistance
• Print flat, no supports
• Precision: 0.2 mm recommended
