These coasters are 100mm in diameter and 3mm thick.

If these are out of stock almost any adhesive cork backing will work as long as its 100mm in diameter and I prefer ones that are 1mm thick. You will have to trim them to fit neatly.
 

If you find that you are doing a lot of round coasters like I do, I would recommend this circle cutter for the cutting the cork backing. It's available on Amazon and does a great job trimming the cork. https://a.co/d/8CgPenn/
