Description
Portable Tape Dispenser (version 3)
Currently providing 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24, 25, 30, 48, 50mm tape dispensers.
Refer to the “packing tape” print profile for the tape dispenser with (width ≥ 30mm).

1) Photo showing the print quality and your issue.
2) Type of the tape you are using. (brand name, size, etc)
3) Print setting. (if used different setting from the uploaded one)
I noticed some users complaining about the model even though it's due to user error. If you encounter any issue, please leave a comment including information above, so that I can help you.
Tip : You can print the desired size by scaling existing models. Note that existing models have 1.5mm margin for the width.
For example, “tape dispenser (25mm)” has an inner width of 26.5mm. If you wish to print a dispenser for 50mm tape, you would want the dispenser inner width to be 51.5mm. Therefore you need to scale 25mm model by 51.5/26.5 = 194 %.
Warning :
- Using a nozzle bigger than 0.4mm or setting layer height larger than 0.2mm is not recommended. The thinner the nozzle / layer height is, the better the blade will work.
- Printing initial layers with thin layer height can improve the sharpness of the blade. Use “variable layer height” to sharpen your blade.
- Print setting was chosen with multiple tests. Please follow the setting of the 3mf file I uploaded. Especially, DO NOT AUTO-ORIENT THE MODEL.
