Description

A quick to print holder for router lift inserts, for lifts made by UJK, JessEm and others.

Use the MakerLab Customizer to add as many spaces as you need, between 1 and 16 spaces. As there can some variance in the thickness of inserts made by different companies, you can also adjust for this in the customizer.

This should be printed upside down, which creates a smooth top to the holder, and means that it doesn't need supports.

Any rigid filament is suitable; I have used both ABS-GF and PLA to make them.

Parametric part worked fine. Printed two with 9 slots each. The slots are tight for Jessem and Woodpecker rings. Have to push to get them all the way in. Can hold upside down and they won't fall out.

Hi! I've added a parameter for the slot width in the customizer, so you should now be able to adjust them to fit your JessEm and Woodpecker inserts :-)

I changed the width from 7 to 8 and printed a test 1 slot wide. Worked great for the two sets of Jessem inserts I printed. Note that the set of Woodpecker inserts I bought are thinner, but they came with a wooden holder.
