Description

This model holds 2.5" x 3.5" (63.5mm x 88.9mm) cards such as poker cards which are available in cardboard and aluminum with various rounded corners.
Cutting cardstock and etching aluminum cards with the H2D is super fun! Know what's 12 times as fun? You guessed it, cutting or etching 12 cards at once, with the results perfectly spaced and straight! I tried some of the similar jigs on here but I found they: used too much material, didn't sit flat, forced moving the support slats, had extra slop so either the cards or the jig didn't stay registered, weren't easy spacing, didn't make the spacing clear enough, tricky magnet installation, problems with air-assist, didn't look cool-enough to be involved with a laser (ok, I'm biased), etc. So, I think this jig fixes all those shortfalls. But, you be the judge.
All but the label are entirely walls for maximum strength and minimized material
The laser slats can be in any position when installing this on top

The spacing is on the jig in case you forget!
Cards hold firm without magnets
Cards aren't disturbed by air assist (thin paper may require turning off air assist)
