Keep cool without freezing your face off! This 3D-printed air deflector is custom-designed for Hisense window air conditioners, like the popular model sold at Costco. It redirects cold airflow upward, making it perfect for setups where the AC unit sits near your desk, bed, or chair.
The fit is snug and clean—this deflector blends seamlessly into the unit’s design without sticking out or rattling.

- Designed specifically for Hisense U-shaped window AC units, including models like the Hisense AW1222CW1W (Costco variant).
- May be compatible with other similarly styled Hisense U-shaped AC units — check your vent shape and size!

- Material Recommendations
- PLA or PETG — both tested and work great
- Supports
- Enable Tree Supports only under overhangs (no full supports required)
- Adhesion
- No brim or raft required for most printers. On textured PEI or smooth beds, standard adhesion works well.
🧩 Assembly Instructions
- Glue the Halves
- Use super glue or epoxy to bond the two halves together at the center seam. Align carefully for the cleanest look.
- Install on Unit
- Simply align and press the deflector into place on top of the vent. It grips snugly without fasteners or tape.
Notes
- This model is designed for airflow deflection only, not structural support or load-bearing.
- For extra security, small strips of double-sided tape can be added—but not usually necessary due to the tight fit.
- Remixing is welcome, but commercial use is not permitted without permission.
