As a big fan of the game, I LOVE it. Came out looking great. I didn't want to buy screws and nuts so I printed some, glued everything together anyway, still feels solid. All ready to take down maintenance jacks!

MAIN - Improved design for assembly

I've reuploaded the MAIN print profile with new end stops labelled "PLA - End Stops". The hole size has been increased by a small amount, hopefully its enough to make a difference.

Hi! Incredible design and accuracy. Looks really good. I tried however printing the TPU end parts in regular PLA, and the fit is way too snug. I can sort of hammer them on, but it leaves marks of course and it's just too small. Is it possible you can make the holes of the end pieces a little wider so it'll fit easier?

The current design can fit on the A1 mini with no alterations. When you open the model in Bambu Studio, just change your printer from "A1" to "A1 Mini".

A short list of improvements:<ul><li>Arranged print profiles so that if using a textured PEI plate, the texture is on the same side of the maintenance jack.</li><li>Made the bolt holes larger on the handle, wrench, and hammer body pieces to accomodate threads better.</li><li>Adjusted countersunk for bolt head to have a wider diameter, as bolt head fitment was tight.</li><li>Adjusted countersunk for nut for the same reason.</li><li>Components are properly labeled with the correct material now.</li><li>Multi-colour nameplates have been painted. Again, a paint pen can still be used if multi-colour isn&#39;t your jam.</li><li>(Aug-22-2025) Added end stops with more hole clearance (+0.15mm) for when printing in PLA.</li></ul>

Print settings to keep in mind:<ul><li>End caps should be printed with TPU if able.</li><li>The hammer body, hammer face, and wrench should be printed using something that looks metalic (PLA Silk+ in Titan grey looks great imo).</li><li>The handle should be yellow. Its hard to say but I think sunflower yellow is the closest… use your own judgement.</li><li>Nametags can either be AMS with black and white, or you can do what I did and print it in solid black, then go over it with an extra fine white paint pen a couple times.</li><li>3 walls.</li><li>infill to your hearts desire.</li><li>Experiment with variable layer height for the hammer face.</li></ul>Please experiment, I&#39;m sure there are other ways to print this.

Originally printed in brown matte PLA, with TPU ends (in black). I made some needed tweaks to the design and am working on printing in the proper colours. The maintenance jack as it is shown in Alien Isolation has black electrical tape wrapped all around the handle. This can be used to secure the nameplates.&nbsp;THIS MODEL REQUIRES 1x M3x10 and 2x M3x16 and screws with nuts for assembly (a box of 400 is usually pretty cheap, though I see Bambu sells them too). All the pieces are pretty snug so its not a “need” but if you&#39;re going to be swinging this thing I&#39;d recommend it for piece of mind.&nbsp;Please, give me feedback if there are things to improve. I will make those improvements!
