Articulated Toy Robot "Bolt" from Open Sauce

This is an articulating toy robot that represents the logo of Open Sauce. He has a fully posable body and is very fun to play with. This model also looks great in various colors, so you can make use of your different filaments.

Features

Printing

• 0.2 mm layer height
• PETG is recommended for durability of the mechanisms
• at least 3 wall loops
• minimal support only on the torso, under the round joints
• brim may be required for the head
• depending on your print quality you might need to adjust tolerances in your slicer

Assembly

• break the print in place mechanisms on the legs loose
• push the hip into the body and make sure the balls are centered
• attach head, arms and legs to the body
• use short pieces of filament and stick them into the holes on the head (might need glue)
• put the antenna balls onto the filament (might need glue again)
