The planetary gears after printing might be slightly fused together. Just gently wiggle them back and forth until they spin smoothly. Adding a bit of lubricant will help immensely.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1. Take out the gear part and insert the small connectors into the slots (8 of them)

Step 2. Insert the chip into the hexagonal hole

Step 3. Add the round washers

Step 4. Place the rotor onto the core part

Step 5. Insert the handle into the slot

Step 6. Place the cover on top and ensure all the connectors are in the right place

Step 7. Push the cover firmly to snap it in. That's it.

I am not an expert in aerodynamics. I designed the turbine the way I thought it should work. The airflow is pretty good but I am sure this can be tweaked to work even better. If you have any ideas - let me know.
