WINDMILLL

Here you will find my → windmills

 

Two print profiles: 1x with and 1x without AMS :)

 

Printed Parts:

  1. hub
  2. Axle
  3. Blades
  4. Fin
  5. Mount (10 mm bore)

You will need these non-printed parts:

  1. 3× 3*8 SHCS Self-Tapping Screws
  2. 2× 608 ball bearings

Tools:

  1. large Allen key (from the Bambu Lab toolset)

Assembly Instructions

  1. Insert ② Axle into the central recess of ① hub and secure both with a screw from the front.
  2. Press a ball bearing into the recess of ③ Blades
  3. Slide ② Axle through ③ Blades and the ball bearing until ① hub is flush with ③ Blades.
  4. Slide the other end of ② Axle into the central opening of ④ Fin and secure it from below with a screw.
    (Check if ③ Blades rotate smoothly and freely.)
  5. Press the second ball bearing into ④ Fin from below.
  6. Press ⑤ Mount onto a suitable wooden dowel (10 mm bore) and secure it from above with the last screw.
    (Depending on the material, a pilot hole in the dowel may be necessary.)
  7. Now slide ⑤ Mount with the bottom receptacle into the ball bearing of ④ Fin so that everything sits flush.
