Description

2025-08-05: Moved the splits on the tray frame from the sides to the middle. This will hopefully prevent some of sagging when you have three fully loaded HTs on the tray. A few of the screw holes are blocked with these split locations, but its a sacrifice that had to be made.

2025-07-06: Redesigned the spool tray. I realized that having the PTFE tube in the back made it hard to actually load in filament. Now the PTFE tunnel is in the front. Each end of the tunnel uses a ECAS04 connector. PTFE tubing goes into each end, and meets wherever you wish for them to meet. I have them meet in the back, so that the connection to the printer is shorter.

-----

Because of how modular my AM4xS - AMS SLIDING Stacking System is, I have separated the print profiles into multiple different models. It would simply be impossible to include all the various different options in a single print profile as there would be too many plates.

This model is for the “AMS HT Tray”. It can hold a combination of three AMS HTs, Spool Trays, or Empty Trays. The AMS HTs and Empty Trays drop right into the slots. No instructions needed.

The Spool Trays require a little bit of construction. The spool rollers will fit any spool up to 90mm in width (BambuLab spools are 68mm). The rollers are designed around any standard 608 Skateboard Bearings. The PTFE loading tunnel requires two ECAS04 connectors, one for each end.

You can find other models I have released for the BambuLab printers here:
