Changed it to be just a flat plate but it locks just fine. Printed in Polymaker ASA-CF Black.

It didn’t bother me but I think if you scale it like .5mm it would probably be more still

The concept is nice, but the threads should be more coarse and the fit to dash slightly tighter. The threads slip as is. Thanks for sharing!
