Description

I made this to make use of the void in my bike frame between the two bottle cages, it comfortably fits a couple of Nature Valley bars and some other snacks, it really frees up pocket space on a ride.  Could also fit a tube, puncture repair kit, multi tool, etc.

Hardware required: 3 x M3 nuts.  1 x 20mm M3 bolt . 2x 30mm M3 bolts. (You may also need to get longer bottle cage mounting bolts)

I reccomend printing the parts separately if using PETG as I had some issues with warping when trying to fit them all on the one plate. (Also, a reminder to use glue on the smooth print bed if youre using an X1C!)

When assembling the door and box you'll need to slightly bow or bend the door in the middle to get it to fit, just be careful not to snap off the hinges on the box, once in place it can be bent back straight again.

I stuck some soft felt pads to the parts of it that were vibrating against the frame and there was no rattling after that.

Note: I designed this around the frame of a 2019 Cube Nuroad, I am unsure how compatible it is with other bike models.  A good way to test is to slice the model in BBL studio so you only have a couple layers of the overall profile and then test fit it yourself before doing the full print.

I uploaded the .sldprt files too if anyone would like to make any edits, please excuse the messiness of my design proccess :)
