I designed a clean, minimal replacement steering wheel for my DumboRC transmitter – originally made for the X6PM-350, but it should also fit other models that use the same wheel mount. The shape and dimensions are close to the original, but with a more refined, no-frills look.
To install it, just pop off the cap from the original wheel, loosen the screw, and reuse it to mount the printed one – simple and secure.
There are two versions in the print project: one solid piece for easy PETG printing, and a modular version with a TPU grip ring for better feel. I printed mine in PETG and TPU, but the one-material version works just as well.
For a clean finish, I recommend using concentric top and bottom layers, but that’s up to your slicer setup. Everything’s organized on multiple build plates – just choose what you need and hit print.
