PE25 Pipe Holder

When installing a garden tap, I noticed that it would be good to secure the pipes so that they do not move under the influence of sudden water pressure (when turning the tap off or on).

So I created a holder for a 25 mm diameter PE pipe. The internal width is exactly 25 mm, and the internal height is 25.50 mm. When designing and installing PE pipes in my garden, I noticed that the pipes do not have a regular round shape (they are flexible and hold their shape quite well). A greater clearance in the vertical axis of 0.5 mm allows for more convenient installation of the pipe while maintaining the appropriate compression of the pipe.

The holder is very comfortable and stable, because I designed 2 small protrusions on the inner walls. Thanks to them, the pipe snaps into place and the holder does not fall off.

The 3 mm diameter mounting holes are optimally placed, not too wide and not too narrow. This allows you to use a screwdriver without any extensions.
