Description

Beautiful little box for small gifts of various types, with great impact, with the possibility of varying the colors to obtain original boxes. The short ribbon requires a minimum of support to hold the pin. I recommend applying a dot of glue on the bow in the part where it is hollowed out and then inserting the bow into the pin of the short ribbon. There are three boxes available where only the size changes, the first measures 120x55 mm externally (with internal space 112x47x56), the second measures 60x60 mm externally (with internal space 52x52x52), the third measures 100x100 mm externally (with internal space 92x92x52). I did several tests for the tolerances of the tapes and with different filaments it always has a different result, in case you have difficulty inserting them because there is too much friction, slide one tape and then the other up and down about ten times so that it expands slightly and then becomes much softer both the insertion and the removal. In the 60x60 box I also designed an optional bottom with the rose, a very very cute idea for a gift with a great impact, just insert it and if you want it to remain fixed together with the box maybe put a dot of glue on the bottom of the box before inserting the bottom with the rose. As for the bow, I recommend printing it with adaptive layers and setting them as follows:

In the various projects relating to the size of the gift box I have put different arrangements, you have every possibility to print the bow alone or with the ribbons together or if you have difficulty adhering the ribbons I have inserted the brim in some plates and in others not, you have every possibility.

Project designed mostly with Fusion 360, the bow was made with Nomad Sculpt. The assembly sequence is as follows:

1- close the box and then insert the long ribbon bringing it to the central position

2- after having placed the long ribbon, now we insert the short ribbon, making the two hollowed out parts match up

If you like my project, support me by downloading and printing the box size you prefer and commenting on the final result with a nice photo and a star rating for the project.
