Zoids NeoBLOX Brave Jaguar

This is a fairly faithful recreation of the Tomy NeoBLOX zoids model kit from back in 2006. It was 100% modeled by me in Fusion 360 with a ruler and an original kit for reference. All of the joints and sockets should be compatible with the original NeoBLOX kits. I altered some of the more critical parts to make them easier to print successfully, but since the old toy was injection molded many of the shapes are not ideal for 3d printing. Supports are absolutely necessary. I used the basic auto generated supports from Bambu Studio and everything printed fine. The images above are right off the machine with a little support/brim removal and cleanup only, no sanding. The joint tolorences are all pretty tight so that they can keep a pose once assembled. It may be helpful to use a table to push against or a pair of pliers to help pop them in place. All settings were base standard Bambu Studio presets.
